This buzzworthy destination will soon be a welcomed addition to the Sunset Strip.

        Experience

        TAO Group is known for bringing luxury hospitality experiences to Los Angeles, with venues like Beauty & Essex, The Highlight Room, and TAO anchoring the buzzy, Hollywood nightlife scene. In West Hollywood, LAVO Ristorante will complement its out-of-state sister properties by creating an unforgettable Italian dining experience. Venice-based design group Studio Collective, the creative team behind The Bungalow Santa Monica, The Bungalow Huntington Beach, and Hyde Crypto.com Lounge, will bring new life to the luxury domain. Guests will be swept away to the Italian seaside with marble tables, glass chandeliers, and a horseshoe-shaped bar creating an air of modern Mediterranean charm. A retractable roof will allow guests to enjoy the Los Angeles weather from the outdoor dining terrace. Glamorous, colorful furnishings will bring forth romance and revelry in the refined space fit for an elegance.




        Food & Beverage

        Guests will enjoy a menu of modern Italian cuisine created by the talented Chef Ralph Scamardella, head of TAO Group’s culinary programs and a three-decade veteran of the industry. The LAVO Ristorante menu will include favorites from the NYC outpost like wood-fired pizzas, housemade pastas, and the signature one-pound Wagyu meatball. The Southern California location will also influence the menu in incorporating seasonal, local ingredients into classic, Southern Italian dishes.
