Located in the gated community of Costa Brava, halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, Vista de la Playa is close to tennis, golf and shopping and dining. An extensive patio and six suite-style bedrooms provide the perfect setting for family vacations or special celebrations.

A pretty stone-walled courtyard and burbling fountain welcome you to Vista de la Playa. Its charms continue on the ocean side, with a covered section of the terrace harboring a lounge area, a pergola-covered dining area and a row of chaise lounges in the shelter of a few umbrellas. A heated infinity pool and hammock are ideal spots to spend an afternoon, and a gas barbecue and jetted tub take the evening shift. In the great room, the living room, dining room and kitchen are open to the courtyard via a fold-away glass wall.

The fully equipped kitchen has room for almost the whole family at a long breakfast bar. Each of the six bedrooms at Vista de la Playa has its own en-suite bathroom. On the villa’s lower level, there are two bedrooms with queen beds. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms with queen beds, one of which also has a jetted tub, one bedroom with two double beds and one bedroom with a double bed.
