Located just 20 miles from downtown Los Angeles, Redondo Beach’s magnificent views and sandy beaches have made it a favorite resort destination for well over a century. Movie lovers will appreciate the large theatre room with a projector screen and theatre-style seating, it’s made extra cozy thanks to a fireplace. Sports fan can play a little ball in the outdoor basketball court, or challenge one another to a game of pool or foosball. This home’s open space main living area offers natural light, marble floors, and is equipped with a large L-shaped sofa, comfy lounge chairs, a fireplace and balcony doors leading out to the terrace.

Up to 16 guests can be accommodated in the dwelling’s seven bedrooms. The king-sized master suite includes a sitting area, fireplace, windows overlooking the ocean as well as access to a terrace. You’ll also find an en-suite bathroom finished with marble tile, a walk-up hot tub, separate shower and his-and-her vanities. Two more rooms have king-sized beds, while others range from twins to queens. All bedrooms offer en-suites and most have televisions.
