Kalafatis One is a spacious 9 person sea view villa split over three levels. This elegant fully furnished villa in Kalafatis bay has been stylishly designed in true Cycladic style, and sensitively decorated and appointed throughout using luxury furniture and materials in a rustic style inspired by the island of Mykonos. The 210m2 Villa has one master bedroom with double bed & bathroom, two guest bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom, and one guest bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. There is also a spare room which can serve as a child’s bedroom, with a single bed and its own bathroom. Kalafatis One also boasts a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, with patio doors opening out onto an outdoor living area complete with its own covered dining area and BBQ. The villa also has a private infinity pool and a playroom, as well as having full air conditioning and heating and a fireplace with its own private entrance from the main road.
