Aya Jean is a modern 2-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. Tucked away in the hills behind a stadium, this villa enjoys views of the ocean and countryside. The open-plan great room comprises a living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The fully air-conditioned great room opens to the pool terrace, but can be closed off. The indoor dining area seats up to 5 guests, while a second dining area underneath a gazebo next to the pool accommodates up to 8 guests. The bedrooms are situated on either side of the living area. Each bedroom has a king sized bed (European king 180×200), ensuite bathroom with shower, and U.S. satellite TV. Flat lounge beds surround the heated pool, which faces the view. The house, which is wheelchair accessible, also has beach chairs, a gas grill, Bose sound system in the living room, U.S. satellite TV, and French Orange Internet TV.
