South Beach Wine and Food Festival
Miami’s beautiful weather and bustling dining scene makes it the perfect city to be the site of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, dedicated to educating attendees about wine and food. The five days of festivities, occurring on February 19th-23rd, are spread across South Florida at venues in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits joins with Florida International University (FIU) to host the festival as a fundraiser for the school’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, with an aim to support the future of the hospitality industry. The yearly turnout of over 65,000 attendees has helped raise over $30 million to date, with 1,200 students volunteering annually to gain experience in the field.
